Appointment Times
The surgery is open for appointments Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.30pm.
In addition, we open early on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.00am. On Wednesdays we have appointments until 8.00pm.
These extended opening hours are for pre-booked appointments only and no other services are available at those times.
How to make an Appointment

- Call Reception on 020 8336 6565 between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that the phones are diverted between 1-2pm daily and only emergency calls will be taken.
Appointments are offered in an appropriate time frame after completing a short medical questionnaire. This can be completed via our online booking system Rapid Health or by speaking with our reception team.
Further Information
Please note that medication reviews need to be booked in advance and cannot be done on the day.
Whatever the complaint, if you book an appointment to see a clinician, our team will ensure that you receive the correct consultation for your ailment.
We take advance bookings for certain medical checks; these include GGV/PSV, Taxi driver and pre-employment medicals, although these will incur a charge.

Cancellations
GP appointment? Don’t need it? Cancel it!
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else.
If you are cancelling please telephone us on 0208 336 6565as soon as possible, and at least 30 minutes before your appointment time. This will enable us to offer your appointment to someone else.
Alternatively you can cancel your appointment online using Patient Access or The NHS App if you are signed up to the service.
Please remember that there may be a shortage of appointments and when you fail to attend you have prevented someone else from being seen in your place. On average about 230 appointments are missed each month
