A FREE six-week mental wellbeing course has been designed by Kingston Adult Education with the charity, Action for Happiness.
It is an informal and friendly course giving practical ideas and tips, based on the latest scientific research to increase resilience, improve wellbeing and better manage stress and anxiety levels.
Enrolment is closed seven working days before the start of the course.
